4)　 You will receive an e-mail from us, which confirms your 　　　　　order and indicates the quote on shipping cost.

3 different methods are available.

Your credit card information remains strictly confidential with ZEUS and Cardservice International . (please refer here)
You may rest assured and enjoy your shopping.

* We are awfully sorry, but, for the first time only, we have to ask you to send us a photocopy of your credit card statement to confirm your shipping address.
For any subsequent shopping, it's not necessary to send it to us.

After receiving the quote from us, please send an e-mail to us for confirmation.

Method 2) International Postal Money Order

We can accept international postal money orders from countries that carry an international postal money order in Japanese Yen.
If you send an unacceptable money order, you will be asked to pay for return postage of the money order, and it will cause a delay in the shipping of your order.

* You are strongly recommended to send money orders via registered airmail. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected payments.

Method 3) Bank Transfer

This system allows anyone to make a secure bank-to-bank payment, and for certain countries, it is the only method we accept. If you select “Bank Transfer” you will be given all the details about our bank that you will need to make your payment.

IMPORTANT: NO BANK CHECKS are accepted. Please DO NOT SEND us any types of bank (or personal) checks! We cannot accept checks or international money orders from banks. If the check or the money order is stated as "Payable at .... Bank", it is NOT acceptable.

We will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail when your order is shipped.
Outside Japan, delivery is made via EMS.

EMS
* EMS deals insured express packages via airmail with tracking number.
* Your signature will be needed when you receive the package.
* It takes about 4 to 6 days, depending on your local postal service.
* This method is available up to 30 kilograms (about 66 pounds), depending on the destination country
　 and the size of the package.

For the EMS, the tracking number is included in the e-mail we will send you.
With EMS, you can track the item shipped to you throughout its travel by clicking the link for the item our site(http://www.post.yusei.go.jp/english/index.html). You will receive the item(s) shipped in 4 to 6 days if you are in one of major cities in the world and in 5 to 8 days if you live elsewhere.

There might be cases you are able to track your EMS package on your countries' web sites.
We will let you be informed if we have the information.

You will receive your order item(s) at the delivery address you give on the order form.
